Welcome to headspace Lithgow!
We offer a mix of outreach, in centre and telehealth appointments, for young people aged 12-25 including:
- mental health & wellbeing
- alcohol & other drug
- physical and/or sexual health
- work & study
headspace Lithgow is a voluntary service which provides short-term intervention for mild to moderate difficulties.
Services are also free. However, you may need a Medicare card and a Mental Health Care Plan to access some of our services. We can help you work out how to apply for a Medicare card or access your Medicare details.
